For project BOREALIS, rapid, flexible, iterative development of a capability to meet the evolving demands of operators in a rapidly changing domain will be central to successful delivery. Project BOREALIS will therefore be delivered utilising Agile development principles, such as regular sprints to detail and manage priorities and a backlog. The Authority does not intend on mandating the specific agile methodology, interested parties are to propose this as part of the tendering process. Estimated value of requirement: Category B PS42M - PS70M (ex VAT). Note: The value provided within this notice represents an estimated value of the Contract.
