The supported employment service(s) are a key part of the of the North Wales Regional Supported Employment Model which has been developed to respond the North Wales Supported Employment Strategy for people with learning disabilities. The model is being implemented within each of the six North Wales County Councils social work service for people with learning disabilities. The aim of the model is to establish access to paid employment as new care pathway within these services and thereby provide individuals with learning disabilities equal opportunity to be in paid employment based on informed choice. ### Lot Information East sub-region supported employment/ specialist job coaching service. And to local employers to increase their understanding of the business case for employing people with learning disabilities and provide the necessary support to the individual and the employer to sustain the job. Employ and support peer ambassador(s) to use their lived experience to effect attitudinal and culture change across stakeholder groups. Central sub-region supported employment/ specialist job coaching service.
