## Notice

The existing concrete hardstanding remain on site with the ground to be remediated as part of the contract works.

SPF is part of the Local Government Pension Scheme (LGPS) and is one of the 11 LGPS funds in Scotland and around 100 in the UK. This contract is being procured under the Restricted Procedure. All interested parties can submit an expression of interest through completion of the SPD. Only those meeting the selection criteria will be shortlisted to the ITT, where they will be evaluated against the award criteria. The contract will not be divided into lots as this would make the execution of the contract excessively technically difficult.
