Lot 1

The Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") is conducting this procurement process using the open procedure in accordance with the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 ("PCR"). The procurement documentation has been made available following the publication of the Contract Notice on the UK e-notification service. Tenders are invited by the Council from Providers with relevant experience for the provision of decoration vouchers to allow new Kirklees Council tenants to exchange this for decoration supplies and equipment for use in decorating their home.

Options: Contract period IS 12 months with the option to extend for a possible two twelve month periods.

Renewal: There is the option to extend the Contract by two periods of 12 months each. The first extension period will run from 1st March 2025 until 28th February 2026. The second extension period will run from 1st March 2026 until 28th February 2027.
