Includes facia's, soffit, barge boards, downpipes and gutters etc. Pitched roof coverings anticipated (slate, rosemary, concrete etc) and replacement/installation of loose lay insulation to current building regulations.

External painting at schemes and dwellings e.g. facias, windows frames, metal railing. Internal painting and decoration of communal and blocks including walls, ceiling, skirting, handrails. Includes making good plaster and refitting signage, frames, pictures etc.
