The bidder with the highest score will be awarded work under the framework agreement. The next highest scoring bidder will only be allocated work under the framework agreement if the winning bidder framework agreement is terminated as set out in the framework agreement. Anglian Water believes that the key benefits of this Network Programme are; - Enable Anglian Water to achieve leakage and consumption savings in the order of 52MLD by 2045 closing our deficits by demand side controls and behavioural change.
