By the time this contract comes around there will be drawings and applications for planning and building will have already been done for an immediate instal project, which will include install of racking and mezzanine floor, joinery, plumbing, electrics and building works. Details of these will be shared at point of publishing the tender. If any interested parties could confirm that they are able to provide all the services required, even if it means sub-contracting.
