Lot 1

Queen's Sport requires an Economic Operator to supply and deliver high quality branded performance clothing to service student sports clubs, staff and performance programmes. Sport is an important area for the University aligned to the corporate values and brand in terms of profile, recruitment and service provision. It is used to provide staff and students with a platform to enhance personal development along with physical, mental and emotional wellbeing. The successful Economic Operator will aspire and align to the ambition of Queen's Sport through the quality of product and a level of service provided to customers and through a new e-commerce solution, which will be developed as the partnership grows.

Options: The Contract will initially be for a period of 24 months, subject to satisfactory annual review, with the option to extend the contract by up to a further 48 months.

Renewal: The University reserved the right to retender this requirement in approx 66 months should the options detailed below be exercised
