Caerphilly County Borough Council, working in conjunction with the Welsh Government and all twenty-two (22) Local Authorities in Wales is seeking to add Lot 3 covering Teaching and Learning Tools onto the established Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for the provision of technology, products and associated services for all Local Authorities and maintained schools in Wales.

### Lot Information

Lot 1

Lot 3 covering Teaching and Learning Tools of this Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) is aimed at offering a range of products used throughout local authorities and maintained schools in Wales. The products and associated services will include (but not be limited to): Projectors Display Screens - Touch & Non Touch Speakers Web Cameras - Classroom Headsets Headphones Cables, Adaptors and Other Peripherals Specific Teaching & Learning Tools that maybe procured under this DPS cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however full details will be available via the mini competitions and associated documentation.

Options: Caerphilly CBC reserves the right to utilise the DPS for any Teaching & Learning Tools for all local authorities and maintained schools within Wales during the validity period of the DPS. Suppliers will be required to provide Teaching & Learning Tools and associated services including but not limited to the Common Procurement Vocabulary codes listed in the relevant section of this notice. Specific Teaching & Learning Tools that maybe procured under this DPS cannot be clearly defined at this stage, however full details will be available via the mini competitions and associated documentation.

Renewal: Caerphilly CBC intends for the DPS to run until February 2025. However, Caerphilly CBC reserves the right to extend or shorten the DPS validity period at its own discretion.
