(TRP) The Royal Parks anticipates that a seven (7) year contract will be offered on a fully commercial concession basis whereby the appointed caterer shall pay a concession fee on Net Sales supported by a Minimum Annual Guaranteed Sum. Capital investment will be required from the successful bidder for the refurbishment of the catering outlets. It is anticipated that the opportunity will be published in the last quarter (Q4) in line with the requirements of the Concession Contracts Regulations 2016. Tender award is envisaged in mid-Summer 2024.
