The aim of the HAF programme is to support children and young people aged between 4 and 16 who are eligible for Free School Meals to access high quality activities and food free of charge over each of these holiday periods. The provision shall be via a pseudo Dynamic Purchasing System and is open to admitted providers throughout the period of validity which will initially be until end of March 2025 but could be extended dependent on future funding availability. ### Lot Information Physical Activity Lot 1 Physical activity - Physical activity this can range from yoga, forest school, treasure hunts, as well as adventure activities and more common activities such as football, rounders and dance etc Wellbeing activity Lot 2 Wellbeing activity - Arts and crafts, music playing or making, playdough, storytelling, Drama etc. Nutritious meal Lot 3 Nutritious meal - must be included as part of the offer - Where possible we would like groups to link with community hub food providers. If, however you plan to provide food directly to young people please explain how this is being met, along with a sample menu. Please note that all meals must meet the food school standards. Nutritional Education Lot 4 Nutritional Education - this does not need to be formal, it could as simple as trying new foods, growing vegetables, understanding colour codes on cereal boxes.
