Interested contractors should access the procurement documents via Aspire Housing's website for detailed information on the submission process and criteria. ## Notice This is a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) for Aspire only for the procurement of Maintenance WorksAspire Housing (Aspire) is seeking to procure a panel of Maintenance Repairs Contractors to support them in delivering their maintenance and repairs services. Suppliers that meet the criteria will be appointed to the DPS and may subsequently be invited to bid for work by Aspire, including Durata. This procurement exercise is inviting applications from all interested Contractors who meet the criteria set out in the attached documents.It is intended the DPS will last for up to 10 years. In the initial set-up stage, all suppliers who meet the selection criteria and are not excluded will be admitted to the DPS.
