Suppliers are invited to tender for one of three places on EMH's show home interior design and furnishing services framework. This framework is to establish a group of suppliers who the customer can place orders with for the design and fit out of show homes. The customer is a registered provider of social housing and develops properties for it's own stock, for outright market sale, and for shared ownership. To support this activity, East Midlands Housing Group's Sales and Marketing Team require external suppliers to design and furnish show homes.

Renewal: The framework term will be from 1 March 2024 until 29 February 2028 with option to extend for a further 12 month period until a maximum of 28 February 2029. All extension periods shall be agreed in writing, no later than three months prior to the expiry of the framework.
