## Notice

The Humber and North Yorkshire Procurement Collaborative are looking to procure a single provider of procurement systems on behalf of the following trusts: Hull University Teaching Hospitals NHS Trust Northern Lincolnshire and Goole NHS Foundation Trust York and Scarborough Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Based on technical reasons we believe Elcom Systems Limited are the only supplier who can provide an existing developed P2P, catalogue management and inventory management solution with evidence existing capability to interface with both Oracle and ABS. The requirement needed is to be modular off the shelf without the need to build or bespoke. After market research and a review of a number of public sector framework agreements there was a single supplier found that could provide all of the modules without bespoking and who could satisfy the interface requirements. As such we will be awarding a contract via Direct Award under the Crown Commercial Services G-Cloud 13 framework to Elcom Systems Limited. The contract term will be 3 years.
