The proposed contract shall be for an initial period of up to 5 years 8 months and include an option to extend its term for a further period of not more than 4 years. The estimated value of the contract is up to PS23.2m ex VAT; PS13.6m over the initial 5 year 8 month term and up to a further PS9.6m over the optional 4 year extension period. The proposed procurement route will be a single stage (Open Procedure) using the NEC4 Term Service form of Contract, Option A/C.
