A significant number of Employers Requirements will include a full set of ABD Room Data Sheets and named products including electrical, sanitary and ironmongery components as required by the Trust maintenance provider. Bidders are expected to provide a fixed price and meet a number of essential criteria relating to out of hours delivery, use of site set up and welfare along with maintaining critical access and car parking spaces issued in the Pre-Construction Information by the Trust Principal Designer.
