Please refer to section II.2.4 Description of the Procurement for details in relation to the requirement. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The Foreign Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) seeks to undertake a comprehensive renovation project for the residential property located at 29 Beekman Place in New York City. The primary objective of this project is to transform this historic property into the official residence of the UK's Permanent Representative to the United Nations. Built in 1910, the property is a seven-story, one-family townhouse, featuring a cellar and a sub-cellar. While it has recently undergone a white-box renovation, further enhancements are required to meet the quality standards necessary for its intended use. This project also presents an opportunity to design and customize the currently unfinished wet areas to align with the FCDO's preferences and requirements.
