The deadline for expressions of interest is 12 noon 16th February. ### Lot Information Lot 1 The aim of this soft market testing exercise is: * For the Council to gain a better understanding of how the commercial provision is currently operating in this market * To assess whether the market has experience of being involved in and delivering similar provision * To stimulate interest in a procurement exercise The soft market testing exercise is intended to allow interested organisations with appropriate experience to outline their views and ideas about the provision of commercial rental space for health related business. The Council will consider the responses received as a result of this exercise to help inform the procurement route and determine if external organisations have the ability and experience to manage, develop and advance the services detailed in the documentation. Potential bidders will not be prejudiced by any response or failure to respond to the soft market testing.
