Transport UK East Midlands Limited 3. West Midlands Trains Limited The Contract durations are all for a period of 12-months commencing 1st April 2024.

### Procurement Information

A Contract Notice was published Ref:2024/S 000-002817 dated 26th January 2024 requiring this procurement to be undertake under Regulation 45 (Open Procedure) of the Utilities Contract Regulations 2016. For each of the Lots tendered, tenders were received from Economic Operators and evaluated in accordance with the tender documents. During the standstill period all successful Economic Operators withdrew their tenders on the basis of wholesale energy price movements. Regulation 50, use of the negotiated procedure without prior call for competition, was then utilised as it was deemed that no suitable tenders had been received.
