The estimated total value of the contract for the two year initial term is PS300,000 excluding VAT. The estimated total value for the initial term plus the 12 month optional extension is PS450000 excluding VAT. This 12 month optional extension is at the absolute discretion of the council. Renewal: The Council proposes to enter in to the contract for an initial period of 24 months with the successful provider. There is ONE optional extension available of up to 12 months. The optional extension is at the complete discretion of the Council. The end date of of 31st March 2027 includes the one optional extension.
