Having two providers ensures that risk to delivery is minimised. As such, providers are expected to work closely together, share good practice, share challenging periods in delivery to maintain the rate of discharges required, work to resolve complex situations and / or scenarios and most importantly put people in need of the service at the forefront of planning and every interven
