Where there is work that cannot be completed by 1st - 4th ranked contractors (Lots 1a - 6), a mini-competition is unsuccessful (Lots 1a - 6) or or is particularly time sensitive or at a site overlapping two Lot boundaries, it will be offered under Lot 7 - Contingency Lot to all framework contractors via mini-competition.
