See section II.1.4. (Short description) above. The Authority is awarding a contract to all Tenderers that passed all pass/fail evaluation criteria on the condition that their Tenders met the Minimum Grade required for each individually weighted award question.

Options: The Initial Period together with any Extension Period(s) shall not exceed a combined total of 48 months, unless additional Extension Period(s) are otherwise agreed in accordance with Regulation 32(9) of The Public Contracts Regulations 2025.

Renewal: The Authority is seeking through this tendering process to award a contract with a suitably capable Tenderer(s) to provide these Services for an Initial Period of up until and including 31 March 2027. The Initial Period together with any Extension Period(s) shall not exceed a combined total of 48 months.
