Leicester City Council has an ongoing requirement for drain surveys in relation to rat infestations or problems with properties, as well as the potential remedial repairs required following the results of a drain survey. This will predominately be required on domestic dwellings, including terraced, detached, semi-detached and flats. There may also be a requirement for a survey on a more commercialised property such as an office or library.

Options: There is an option to extend the contract for a further period or periods up to a total of 24 months taking the contract term to a maximum of 5 years.

Renewal: The proposed Contract will be for three years with an option to extend for a period or periods totalling no more than a further two years.
