## Summary

The Kirklees Council, along with NHS Greater Huddersfield Clinical Commissioning Group and North Kirklees Clinical Commissioning Group, has initiated a procurement process for the provision of domiciliary care services through a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS). The aim of this exercise is to appoint providers to the DPS for delivering personal care and support in service user's homes to enhance their quality of life and independence. The procurement falls under the Health and social work services category, with a focus on maintaining individual dignity and privacy in the United Kingdom.

This tender offers business opportunities for companies with expertise in domiciliary care services to cater to the needs of service users in Kirklees Council's region. Businesses capable of providing person-centred services and promoting independence and comfort for service users would be well-suited to compete in this tender. The procurement stage involves further competitions from the DPS, creating a platform for businesses to contribute towards supporting people to live successfully in their own homes and enhance their overall well-being.
