### Lot Information

Lot 1

The service is being commissioned by LLR ICB to provide primary care medical services cover for GP practices during periods of Primary Care Protected Learning Time (PLT), including provision of clinical advice from a duty doctor or other suitable clinician via telephone; a face-to-face consultation or home visit if clinically required; referral to other urgent services where indicated. LLR ICB are intending to award a contract two existing providers following PSR direct award process C. The whole lifetime value of the two contracts added together is listed below: PS99,523.10 for a 12 month period from 1.4.24 to 31.3.25. The individual whole lifetime value for each of the existing providers are: Provider DHU PS49,523.10 Provider Willows PS50,000
