Planning Appraisal Reports 2. Handling of complex community and stakeholder consultation exercises 3. Handling of Pre Application Discussions (PAD) process 4. Advice on site access, transportation and infrastructure limitations 5. Advice on the preparation of planning applications 6. Concept scheme designs 7. Preparation and submission of planning applications 8. Strategic planning advice
