### Procurement Information

This service is to deliver night sits and related support to end of life patients throughout Cornwall and IOS. It follows a national model and includes service co-ordination. Other than a few homecare providers (slightly different service) Marie Curie are currently the only provider to offer this level of support. The contract currently supports 9,407hrs of support per annum. The ICB are currently working on a county-wide end of life strategy. This will give the ICB a clear pathway for end of life provision which can go to market to procure a future service from 2026. Hence the award of a 2yr contract only.
