## Summary

The Efficiency East Midlands Limited (EEM) has awarded contracts under the PPE, Workwear, Janitorial And Site Equipment Supplies Framework to multiple suppliers. The framework covers multiple lots including PPE, Workwear, Janitorial Supplies, and Tools, Equipment and Signage. These contracts have a total value of GBP 50 million and were signed on 28th May 2024. The suppliers selected for the different lots are actively providing their services. The procurement exercise was conducted through a tender process.

This procurement process by EEM creates opportunities for businesses in the protective and safety clothing industry to compete for supplying goods. Companies specialising in personal protective equipment, workwear, janitorial supplies, and safety equipment can benefit from participating in tenders under this framework. The different lots within the framework present opportunities for business growth by providing quality materials at competitive rates and meeting service level requirements. Businesses with a focus on delivering efficient services to support the mobile workforce are well-suited to compete in this procurement process.
