This will include tasks such as daily/weekly cleaning of Progress Housing offices and training rooms, cleaning of community centres, communal areas of blocks of flats and window cleaning. Along with those general tasks, we may ask on occasion for additional works to be carried out such as graffiti removal, deep cleans, gutter clearance, jet washing and hazardous waste removal. One bidder will be appointed for each lot, providing high quality and value for money Communal cleaning and or window cleaning services. Progress Housing Group would prefer to award all the Lots to a few Bidders. However, separate contracts for each or any combination of the Lots will be awarded to separate suppliers if it is better value for money for it to do so.
