Quotations are invited by the Council of the Borough of Kirklees (the "Council") from Suppliers with relevant experience and ability to demonstrate sufficient capacity for the supply and application of BBA HAPAS approved Bituminious Spray Bond Coat to BS EN 594987:2015 + A1:2017 on roads within geographical boundaries of Kirklees Council. This contract is anticipated to commence on 15th April 2024 and will expire on 14th April 2027 with the provision to extend for up to a further 12 months until 14th April 2028.

Options: Provision to extend for up to a further 12 months until 14th April 2028.

Renewal: This contract is anticipated to commence on 1st April 2024 and will expire on 1st April 2027 with the provision to extend for up to a further 12 months until 1st April 2028.
