### Lot Information

Lot 1

Training Provider shall deliver Apprenticeship components, including its administration, in accordance with the regulations laid down by the Institute for Apprenticeships and Technical Education (IfATE) for Apprenticeship Standards 2. All delivery must be in accordance with current (as periodically amended) Navy Command Standards, and Education and Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) guidelines. The specific requirements are outlined in accordance with the SOR.

Options: The Authority reserves the right to extend the contract beyond the initial 4-year core delivery period, by a further 3 option years which can be taken up in 1+1+1 time slices and/or increase the scope of the contract subject to the options contained at Schedule 2 - Statement of Requirement (SOR). The Authority shall not be obliged to exercise the options.
