The service will require the successful Economic Operator to remove all Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM's) which include all Licensable Asbestos Works (LW) and on occasion some Notifiable Non Licensed Works (NNLW) and Non Licensed Asbestos Works (NLAW) at the Contracting Authority's request. The Contract associated with this Competition will deliver measurable social value outcomes in accordance with Procurement Policy Note 01/21 - Scoring Social Value. The successful Economic Operator will be required to support the Contracting Authority's social value objectives arising from this Procurement. Accordingly, Contract performance conditions and/or Award Criteria may relate, in particular, to social value.

Options: The Contracting Authority has the option, at its sole discretion, to extend the service period by such periods as the Contracting Authority sees fit provided that the cumulative period of such extensions shall not exceed 24 twenty-four months from the date of the expiry of the initial service period.

Renewal: A new procurement competition may be run prior to the end of this Contract.
