It is proposed that the scope shall be for the Contractor to undertake major works, to undertake :- * Design of all works; * Undertake the role of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor * Dredging of areas adjacent to proposed quayside; * Infilling, dewatering and compaction of existing dry dock using dredging materials and imported materials where required; * Construction of new steel combi-wall which consists of king piles, sheet piles, tie rods and anchor piles; * Installation of all required quayside furniture; * Construction of reinforced concrete slab at new quayside; * Undertaking surcharge loading of infill areas; * Earthworks across wider site areas; * Installation of all required security fencing; * Undertaking the duties of Principal Designer and Principal Contractor; and * Installation of all electrical, water, fire main and telecoms utilities.
