## Summary

NHS Somerset Integrated Care Board (ICB) has issued an intention to award notice under the Provider Selection Regime (PSR) for a Community Wellbeing Service aimed at improving the mental and emotional health of children and young people aged 5-18 in Somerset. This service, tailored for those living in Somerset or registered with a Somerset GP, will be delivered by Young Somerset and focuses on several key objectives such as early intervention, promoting mental health, and supporting families. This tender presents significant opportunities for businesses specialising in health services, particularly those experienced in early intervention, mental health promotion, and family support for children and young people. Companies with expertise in delivering holistic, inclusively tailored support services and possessing strong collaborative networks will find this contract an excellent fit. The requirements for CYP-IAPT trained practitioners and a focus on continuous outcome assessment and evaluation suggest that firms with established, rigorous governance and training frameworks will be well-suited to compete.
