There is some other provision available, but this is medically monitored (as opposed to medically managed) and not suitable for patients with complex health needs. Therefore, no reasonable alternative substitute provision exists in the market at the present time 2) the existing provision being a highly complex integrated solution across the Yorkshire and Humber region and affording the region the opportunity to continue to benefit from the high performing service under new contracts with the provider with minimal disruption to service users 3)Changes to the way NHS and some Public Health services are commissioned.
