We are looking for laptops in the order of preference outlined above. We will score based on preference - with HP EliteBooks being the preferred laptop. If these are not available, the Authority reserves the right to mix and match to obtain the best preference/value outcome. The Authority reserves the right to award all or part of the below requirements; and may award to multiple suppliers. The quantities specified may change at point of Purchase depending on pricing and availability - please indicate how pricing would change if the quantity was to increase or decrease. Where alternative models to HP Elitebooks are offered, these must be the same minimum specification or better. AMD/other processors will not be considered. Laptops must be guaranteed to be delivered before 28th March 2024. All costs should be in GBP and exclusive of VAT.
