Avon Fire & Rescue Service are currently preparing to go out to tender. This is for the new cleaning services & consumables contract (2024-2029) which will hopefully be mobilised and in place by August of this year.We are anticipating releasing the tender on the 22/04/2024 with a 6-week window for suppliers to submit bids. Tender documents will be released via the Sell2Uk Portal https://sell2.in-tend.co.uk/blpd/home The estimated duration of this contract is 5-years the breakdown being an initial 3-years with the option to extend for a further two in one-year increments.As well as this the estimated value for the full duration of this contract is between PS1,500,000 and PS2,000,000.AF&RS be hosting a supplier day, this will be taking place on 27/03/2024 Suppliers will be able to arrange a slot to visit the site between 10AM-2PM.
