### Procurement Information

This service is only available from the existing integration broker. As the incumbent Integration broker for NIECR only IUVO Ltd have the ability to provide the data and technical expertise to provide the data in the format currently presented to NIECR and subsequently encompass. There is a requirement for encompass to mimic this functionality within Epic and alternatives do not exist with another provider to be able to provide the functionality of the Messaging Solution to ensure existing robust processes are maintained. IUVO Ltd is the only broker in use for this purpose regionally and therefore this DAC is being justified for technical reasons under Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 as only the supplier of these facilities.
