The key areas this covers are; * removal of existing partitions, floors and ceilings along with electrical works installation of new partitions, flooring and ceilings throughout the first, third and fourth floor * refurbishment to the ground floor reception area to accommodate a disabled access toilet and security entry system and new flooring.

Options: This project will be split into Phase 1 and Phase 2. This tender is for Phase 1 only. We do not currently have details available about the second phase of the project however, we may decide to award Phase 2 to the successful bidder of Phase 1
