Open Space Maintenance Framework 24 - 28

### Lot Information

Lot 1

The works will consist of the Open Space Maintenance to all open space areas in accordance with the maintenance schedule (Priced Section) on behalf of The Association as part of their Cyclical Maintenance programme 2024 to 2028, generally within the Clydesdale area but may include a wider geographical area in future. The service includes Grass cutting, weedkiller to hard standing areas, moss killer to hard standing areas, litter picking and leaf collection. No other works are covered under this framework. All completed works will also require to have a pre-agreed schedule of works completed at every visit, with the addition of before and after photos or videos to evidence the completion of the has been fully completed satisfactorily. The Framework will be 24 months contract with option of 2 x single year extensions to a maximum of 48 months. Additional information: As set out in the ITT

Options: Any upgrade works in connection with OSM.

Renewal: The Framework will be for a period of 4 years; it will initially run for 2 years and then will have the option to extend for a further 2 single 12-month periods at The Association discretion.
