Options: The Contract will be awarded for an initial period of Two (2) yearsfrom the agreed Service Commencement Date which is the date of the first Individual Placement Agreement (I P A) with the option to extend subject to review for a further period or periods of up to a total of a further three (3) years. Therefore, the maximum duration of this Contract could be five (5) years.
