To enter into agreements with registered providers of Residential Care Homes for older persons, and specialist mental health and learning disability provision for people aged 18+, both within Redcar and Cleveland and out of area as required for a period of 3 years plus 2 x 12 month optional extension periods.

Options: Agreements may be extended by 2 x 12 months after the initial term at the discretion of the Council.
