Pharmacy Local Enhanced Services, specifically: * Minor Ailments * Medicines Records Charts * Palliative Care Medicines - In Hours * Covid Medicines * Medication Support Service (existing patients only, no new patients) NHS Humber and North Yorkshire ICB is intending to award a contract an existing provider following direct award process C of The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023. Approximate lifetime value of the contract is PS8,800 this is based on an average cost per pharmacy across the East Riding of Yorkshire. All services are tariff based. Contract term Start date 1 April 2024 End date 31 March 2029 Contract term may be extended by 2 years
