Reg. 32(2)(b)(ii) - The Trust is not aware of any other provider capable of providing this tailored service. EIDO Healthcare supply patient information leaflets specifically designed for health care providers. They also allow for local customisation for the Trust to enable us to customise the leaflets for all our respective hospital sites. Translation services are also available. The Trust is citing Reg 32(2)(b)(ii) on the basis that competition is absent as no other supplier is currently capable of providing this service.
