The YMCA is an operational site and the works include but are not limited to: Reroofing. External facade upgrades. Replacement of windows and doors. Replacement of shop fronts. 2 x New entrances - Original building - there is to be a new entrance installed and the existing ramped entry and foyer is to be remodelled. - Sports hall - a new entrance is to be created to provide direct, separate access to the sports hall. Alterations to existing utilities and services. Extend and relay surface car park. Refurbishment of changing/WC facilities including internal finishes (floors, walls, ceilings). Remodel existing layout to extend Chilypep kitchen facilities - demo and install new.
