## Summary

Northumbrian Water Group Limited is seeking a contractor for the Household Water Saving Retrofit Audits project within the Consulting Services for Water-Supply and Waste Consultancy industry (CPV: 71800000). This tender is in the tender stage and is intended to complement NWL's water efficiency strategy to target an average daily water usage of 110 litres per person by 2050 and achieve a reduction goal between 2025 and 2030. The project will serve high-usage customers across the Northern, Essex, and Suffolk supply areas within regions UKC, UKH14, and UKH3. Interested parties should express interest before the deadline of 15th April 2024, with the Pre-Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) due by 19th April 2024. The contract is expected to commence on 1st April 2025 and conclude on 31st March 2030, including potential extensions.

This procurement offers significant opportunities for businesses specialising in customer engagement, home water audits, minor repairs, and efficiency consulting. Companies that can handle inbound and outbound communications, manage technician schedules, and perform data collection and reporting will be well-suited to compete. The project also requires skills in customer education to induce behaviour changes, stock transfer and monitoring, and field productivity oversight. Contractors must be capable of providing robust and validated data for annual regulatory reporting. Small to medium enterprises and larger firms with expertise in these areas, and the ability to operate across multiple regions, will find this tender particularly beneficial for expanding their business reach and portfolio.
