The Framework and associated Call-off Contracts will expire on 30th September 2025 - delivery of training and the offer of a guaranteed job interview must be completed by 31st March 2025.

Construction and the Built Environment (including Green Skills)

Suggested requirements: Civil Engineering and Groundworks, Highway Maintenance/Road building, and Management, Heritage and Conservation.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract for period(s) of up to 24 months until 30th September 2027 (all delivery as described above by 31st March in each year) for Skills Bootcamp Providers who are satisfactorily meeting the KPIs and objectives, subject to continued DfE Wave 6 grant funding for the same projects, demonstration of an acceptable delivery plan and continued labour market need as shown through labour market information, job vacancies, demonstrable employer engagement.

Digital

Suggested requirements: Cyber Security, Data Analytics, Gaming, IT Solutions, Business Analysis, Web developer, and Software Development.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract for period(s) of up to 24 months until 30th September 2027 (all delivery as described above by 31st March in each year) for Skills Bootcamp Providers who are satisfactorily meeting the KPIs and objectives, subject to continued DfE Wave 6 grant funding for the same projects, demonstration of an acceptable delivery plan and continued labour market need as shown through labour market information, job vacancies, demonstrable employer engagement.

Engineering and Manufacturing

Suggested requirements: Welding and Fabrication, Rail Engineering and Track Maintenance, Electric/Hybrid Vehicle Maintenance, and Green Transport.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract for period(s) of up to 24 months until 30th September 2027 (all delivery as described above by 31st March in each year) for Skills Bootcamp Providers who are satisfactorily meeting the KPIs and objectives, subject to continued DfE Wave 6 grant funding for the same projects, demonstration of an acceptable delivery plan and continued labour market need as shown through labour market information, job vacancies, demonstrable employer engagement.

Sales, Marketing and Procurement

Suggested requirements: Digital Marketing.

Renewal: The Authority reserves the right to extend the Contract for period(s) of up to 24 months until 30th September 2027 (all delivery as described above by 31st March in each year) for Skills Bootcamp Providers who are satisfactorily meeting the KPIs and objectives, subject to continued DfE Wave 6 grant funding for the same projects, demonstration of an acceptable delivery plan and continued labour market need as shown through labour market information, job vacancies, demonstrable employer engagement.

Other

Suggested requirements: Leadership and Management, Project Management and Effective Change Management.
