The Flood Risk Management (FRM) Team (with the Planning, Environment and Circular Economy Directorate) carries out these functions within OCC, working in partnership with the district and city councils alongside others. This Framework will be utilised by OCC as the contracting authority, but Parish, Town, City and District Council's within Oxfordshire will also be able to call off from the Framework with prior agreement and arrangement from OCC.
