## Summary

East Ayrshire Council has re-opened its existing "External Training and Workforce Skills Framework" to new entrants, allowing them to participate in the remaining 45 months of the contract period. This framework, which initially began on 1st April 2024 and is expected to last for 4 years, aims to meet the training requirements of East Ayrshire Works and the Workforce and Future Skills team. The framework is split into two lots: External Training and Workforce Skills. The procurement method is an open procedure under the Light Touch Regime, and previous providers need not reapply.
